WOMEN'S OBSTACLE TRAINING
Do you want to improve your upper body strength in way that feels like playing on a playground! Here’s your chance to get stronger, while having fun with other women who want to take their fitness to another level. Whether you are getting ready for a Spartan race, or just want to improve your fitness level, this is an amazing class that teaches you how to conquer obstacles and improve your overall strength and endurance.

Dates: Tuesdays
Time: 5:00 pm to 6;00 pm or other option is to train adult ninja OCR nights from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Location: Lost Island Warrior Indoor Gym, 6060 Hollow Tree Court, Colorado Springs, CO 80918 ( Right beside Flex Gym in the back. Follow the Green signs!)
Who: Women, Female Teens over age 13 and up Many of our participates are over 40 as well!
We always encourage you to start where you are at, and then build up at your pace, you will only be encouraged to be the best version of yourself. We encourage all women to give it their best effort and we definitely enjoy alot of laughter together!
Instructor: This class is taught by Suzanne Himka, who is the 2021 OCR World Champion for Female Masters and the 2020 & 2021 FINA Ninja World Champion for both Speed and Endurance, as well as the Top Five Strongest Female Masters Ninjas in the World ( 2019). Suzanne teaches kids and adults how to conquer obstacles both on and off the course. She is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Ninja Coach and NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and head coaches the Lost Island Warrior Ninja Competitive Team.
Cost: $69/month includes one class per week -4 classes per month (These classes do not accumulate.
$99/month includes two classes per week -8 classes per month, or you can do $129 for unlimited classes. pr if you cant want do a membership you can buy a non-member 4 pack of classes for $69 or 10 pack of classes for $160
